Unii considera aceasta nuanta ca fiind portocalie dar pentru mine este cel mai aprins galben posibil! Poti opri traficul sau dirija avioane cu oja asta pe unghii! Am fost oprita pe strada si intrebata ce minunatie de oja port si mi s-a intamplat ca persoane cu care purtam o discutie sa se opreasca in mijlocul unei fraze pentru ca nu se puteau concetra din cauza unghiutelor mele stralucitoare! Eu prefer sa o port aplicand 2 straturi peste o baza de alb dar devine opaca si din patru straturi fara baza. Ca majoritatea ojelor neon se usuca foarte repede dar mat, asa ca un top coat este necesar pentru a o face lucioasa. Face parte din colectia Poolside din 2010, ca si Flip Flop Fantasy.

Some consider this shade an orange but for me it's the brightest yellow ever! You can stop traffic or direct aircrafts with this polish on your nails! People stopped me on the street and asked me what is this marvelous shade i'm wearing and friends i was having a conversation with were stopping mid-sentence because they were unable to focus due to my radiant nails! I prefer wearing it in two coat over a white base but it also gets opaque in 4 coats on its own. Like most neon polishes it dries really fast but to a matte finish so a top coat is necessary for making it shiny. It's part of the Poolside collection from 2010, just like Flip Flop Fantasy.

China Glaze - Rose Among Thorns

Din momentul in care am intrat in frenezia unghiilor pictate in culori neon, am cautat si un rosu care sa se incadreze in aceasta categorie. Cei de la China Glaze au probabil cea mai mare gama de oje neon si la ei am gasit raspunsul cautarilor mele: Rose Among Thorns!

Since i got carried away into the neon frenzy, i started looking for a red that falls into this category. China Glaze has probably the biggest range of neon nail polishes, and that's where i found the answer to my search: Rose Among Thorns!

Cum se intampla cu majoritatea neoanelor, fotografiile nu surprind nici pe departe adevarata intensitate a culorii. Este mult mai vibranta in realitate! Formula este foarte subtire si e nevoie de trei straturi pentru o acoperire decenta, dar care tot lasa linia unghiei usor vizibila. Eu am foosit doar doua straturi peste o baza de alb pentru o acoperire perfecta si o culoare mai intensa. Finish-ul este satinat si pentru mai multa stralucire trebuie sa folositi un top coat.

Like in the case of most neons, the photos don't show the true intensity of the color. It's a lot more vibrant in reality! The formula is thin and it need three coats for a decent coverage, that still leaves a slightly visible nail line. I used two coats over a white base for a perfect coverage and a brighter color. It dries to satin, so you'll need a top coat for a shiny finish.

China Glaze - Bizzare Blurple

Bizzare Blurple face parte colectia China Glaze - Wicked, Halloween 2012. Desi pentru mine Halloween inseamna negru si portocaliu, un duochrome mov-albastru nu e ceva ce pot rata!

Bizzare Blurple is parte of the China Glaze  - Wicked, halloween 2012 Collection. Although for me halloween means black and orange, a purple-blue duochrome is something i can't miss!

 Baza ojei este un mov rece, cu foarte mult shimmer albastru, ceea ce o face sa para mai mult albastra in lumina directa. Nu este cea mai originala nuanta, seamana cu Royal Velvet de la Orly si cu Madly Mauve de la Calvin Klein, dar asta nu o face mai putin frumoasa. Se aplica usor in doua straturi si se usuca foarte repede.

The base is a cold purple with a lot of purple shimmer, that makes it look more blue in direct light. it's not the most original shade, almost a dupe for Orly's Royal Velvet or Calvin Klein's Madly Mauve, but that doesn't make it less beautiful. It applies in two coats and dries very fast.

China Glaze - Autumn Nights Collection Fall/2013

Colectia celor de China Glaze pentru tomana lui 2013 se numeste Autumn Nights si va contine 12 noi nuante.

The China Glaze collection for the fall of 2013 it's called Autumn Nights and will include 12 new shades.

Colectia Autum Nights 10 nuante cu formula shimmer si 2 creme.Tonul se vrea a fi unul sofisticat dar nuantele nu mi se par originale. Singura care mi-a atras atentia este "Charmed, I'm sure", pentru ca nu pot rezista unui mov vanata.

Autumn Nights collection will have 10 shimmers and 2 cremes. The emphasis is on sophistication but the shades don't seem to original to me. The only one that grabbed my attention is "Charmed, Im sure", because i can't resist an eggplant purple.

China Glaze - Flip Flop Fantasy

Ador ojele in culori neon si desi Sun Worshiper este preferata mea, Flip Flop Fantasy din colectia Poolside din 2010 a celor de la China Glaze este o concurenta serioasa pentru primul loc!

I adore neon nail polishes and although Sun Worshiper is my favorite, Flip Flop Fantasy from China Glaze's 2010 Poolside Collection, is a close second!

Ca toate lacurile de unghii neon, Flip Fantasy este aproape imposibil de fotografiat corect. Este un corai foarte intens ce atrage atentia in orice situatie! Categoric nu pentru cele care prefera culorile clasice sau discrete! Din pacate, formula nu este foarte buna. E un pic groasa si e nevoie de trei starturi aplicate cu grija pentru un rezultat egal. Se usuca satinat asa ca un top coat pentru uscare rapida este necesar pentru a o face lucioasa si a scurta timpul de uscare. Dar rezultatul final merita cu prisosinta!

Like all neons, Flip Flop Fantasy is almost impossible to photograph correctly. It's an insanely bright coral that get's attention in any situation! Definitely not for those of you who prefer classic or discrete shades! Unfortunately, the formula isn't very good. It's a little thick and it takes three carefully applied coats for an even finish. It dries to satin so a fast drying top coat is a necessity to get it shiny and to shorten the drying time. But the end result is absolutely worth it!

China Glaze - Rare & Radiant

Rare & Radiant face parte din colectia China Glaze - New Bohemian din vara anului trecut. Tot atunci a fost lansata si Just Spotted A Lizard a celor de la OPI, ambele fiind idence cu mult mai scumpul Peridot, de la Chanel. Puteti gasi insa si o varianta mult mai iefitina, de la Flormar.

Rare & Radiant is part of the China Glaze - New Bohemian Collection, from the summer of 2012. Same time OPI released Just Spotted A Lizard, both being dupes of the more expensive Peridot, from Chanel. You can find an even cheaper version, from Flormar.

Este un douchrom intens ce variaza de la auriu la verde, cu o formula excelenta. Se aplica in doua straturi subtiri si se usuca foarte repede. Urmele de la pensula sunt foarte discrete si rezultatul final merita "sacrificiul"! Este un duochorme metalic, asa ca mijlocul unghiei va fi auriu iar marginile verzui dar efectul variaza cand miscati mana.

It's an intense duochorme that goes from gold to green, and has an excellent formula. It applies in two thin coats and dries very fast. The brushstrokes are discrete and the end result is worth the small "sacrifice"! It's a metallic duochrome, so the middle of your nail will be gold and the sides will show off more green, but the effect varies when you move your hand.

China Glaze - Happy Go Lucky

Oja glabena este o alegere indrazneata pentru o manechiura dar multe femei o ocolesc deoarece este dificil de ales o nuanta potrivita pentru ficare ton de piele. Insa Happy Go Lucky de la China Glaze pare sa fie solutia perfecta pentru aceasta problema!

Yellow nail polish is a bold choice for a manicure but a lot of women avoid it, because it's difficult to choose a suitable shade for each skin tone. But China Glaze's Happy Go Lucky seems to be the perfect solution for this problem!

Happy Go Lucky este un galben intens, precum petalele de floarea-soarelui si face parte din colectia Up & Away din primavara lui 2010. Ca si formula este o crema, dar tebuie sa fiti putin atente la aplicare deoarece este putin groasa si necesita doua sau chiar trei straturi. Trebuie lasat fiecare strat in parte sa se usuce, insa rezultatul chiar merita! Se potriveste perfect pe nuanta roz a pielii mele dar arata la fel de bine si pe mainile prietenei mele care un pigment mai galben.

Happy Go Lucky it's a bright yellow, that reminds me of the petals of a sun-flower and it's part of the Up & Away collection from the Spring of 2010. Formula wise it's a creme, but you have to be a little careful when you apply it because it's a little thick and needs two or even three coats. You should leave each coat to dry before applying the next one, but the final result is worth it! It suits perfectly my pink skin tone but it look just as good on my friends hands, who has a more yellowish one.
